Introducing Rhinoscore

Scored & drilled for better resin flow

Rhinoscore uses our foam-filled core with a grid pattern cut into the sheets on one side or both, as well as holes drilled at the intersections of the pattern. When laid down into a mold, the channels provide rapid flow of resin.

Rhinoscore foam-filled core

Any sandwich panel application needing flexibility and strength is a good fit for Rhinoscore. Our grooved and drilled honeycomb cores are great for closed molding applications, where getting resin to travel around complex shapes and curves is problematic. The pathways successfully transport the resin to the bottom side to create a better quality final product. Manufacturing processes are made easier by reducing the need for flow meshes or mats, resulting in cost savings of both materials and labor.
